eIDAS FIRST!

The EU’s new eIDAS Regulation defines a uniform way of working with digital documents, creating electronic signatures, and providing trust services for electronic transactions. This legislation, which is crucial for the development of ecommerce, will be effective with certain exceptions from July 1, 2016.

Electronic and paper documents will have the same legal value status.
Unification of rules for recognition of paper and electronic documents in the European market across EU markets.
